Dostal & Kirk Insurance is seeking a professional, service-minded Personal Lines Account Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll help individuals and families protect what matters most by providing exceptional service, insurance expertise, and proactive account management.

What You’ll Do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for personal insurance clients.
- Provide outstanding customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Prepare insurance proposals and review coverage options with prospective clients.
- Assist with new client onboarding and policy implementation.
- Process policy changes, endorsements, renewals, and billing requests.
- Proactively review client accounts and recommend coverage solutions to meet changing needs of each client.
- Collaborate with insurance carriers, mortgage companies, auto dealerships, and other partners.
- Support clients through the claims process and advocate on their behalf when needed.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
- Property & Casualty Insurance License (or willingness to obtain).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and agency technology systems.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to delivering an exceptional client experience.
