Whether your background is in insurance, sales, banking, real estate, business development, or another client-focused profession, we provide the resources and support to help you succeed.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and maintain relationships with individuals, families, and businesses.
- Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, prospecting, community involvement, and centers of influence.
- Conduct insurance reviews and identify coverage gaps and risk management opportunities.
- Present insurance solutions tailored to each client’s unique needs.
- Collaborate with account management and service teams to ensure an exceptional client experience.
- Maintain ongoing relationships with clients.
- Actively seek opportunities to expand client relationships through additional products and services according to their needs.
- Represent Dostal & Kirk in the community.
What We’re Looking For
